About

Cultivating Gardens is committed to preserving our heritage by "cultivating gardens for generations".  Founded in 2013, by Claudia Noble-Levingston, Bay-Friendly Gardening Master Composter. Cultivating Gardens provide educational workshops that provide hands-on experience for the novice gardener. We help you reaiize your dream of growing your own fresh, organic fruits, herbs, and vegetables right at home in small spaces and containers.

Along with our team of experienced gardeners and professional landscapers, Cultivating Gardens is happy to provide garden coaching, consultation, installation, maintenance, and harvesting services.

Cultivating Gardens uses Bay-Friendly Gardening practices and organic gardening principles to create an aesthestic edible garden to promote access and the consumption of local, fresh, organic, seasonal, fruits, vegetables, and herbs.  The benefit of growing your own food is knowing what you feed the soil, healthier food choices, and direct garden-to-table freshness.

Our Vision

Cultivating Gardens was founded on the belief that everyone should have access to fresh, organic, fruits, vegetables and herbs.   What better way  to achieve this than to grow your own beautiful organic edible garden.  "From garden to table" freshness.

We aim to educate, inspire, and empower East Bay residents to grow edibles in small spaces, patios, containers and raised beds using organic practices.

We believe an organic edible garden can be functional, sustainable, and beautiful in small spaces and containers.  An organic edible garden provides direct access to healthier food choices for ourselves and our family.

"Cultivating gardens for generations" is our goal through education, experience, and patience.   â€‹
